Master Data Specialist

The tasks in this position include:
- Master data specialist is responsible for creation and maintenance of data in SAP system (customer, material and vendor data)
- Administration of customer and vendor master data in SAP
- New customer, vendor creation and material
- Updates of existing records
- Data validation
- Creation and management of bank data related to customer and vendor database
- Initiation of actions that improve master data maintenance
- Creating periodical reports established by the organization
- Creating periodical reports based on ad-hoc request from related parties
- Providing documents requested by Auditors (Internal/External)
- Participation in projects
Requirements knowledge and skills on the job:
- 1-2 years of experience in the Master Data vendor, customer and material environment.
- Knowledge of SAP FI, knowledge of Sales Force
- Higher university degree
- English-at least B2 level
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work limited guidance according to existing process descriptions
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and with switching priorities
- Proactive and creative in terms of improving ways of working
- Taking ownership of assigned responsibilities , including self-development
