Realizację procesów rekrutacyjnych (zamieszczanie ogłoszeń, selekcję aplikacji, kontakt telefoniczny i mailowy z kandydatami. przeprowadzanie rozmów kwalifikacyjnych)
Poszukiwanie nowych możliwości pozyskiwania kandydatów
Terminową realizację procesów rekrutacyjnych
Prowadzenie bazy danych kandydatów
Przygotowywanie i prowadzenie dokumentacji pracowniczej
Stałą współpracę z kadrą kierowniczą firmy w zakresie spraw personalnych
Optymalną sprawność kontaktów z instytucjami zewnętrznymi i klientami firm zagranicznych
Uczestnictwo i pomoc w organizacji targów pracy, konferencji i spotkań z kandydatami
Wymagania:
Wykształcenie wyższe
Zainteresowanie tematyką związaną z branżą HR
Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego/ niemieckiego lub holenderskiego w mowie i piśmie
Bardzo dobra znajomość obsługi komputera (Word, Excel Office/ Outlook)
Wysoko rozwinięte zdolności interpersonalne
