Job description:
- Define and maintain overall technical strategy for the Voice domain
- Defines & manages Voice technology roadmaps based on CTO , Product engineering and portfolio technical and service strategies
- Responsible for the industrialization of technical services including engineering and proof of technology activities to support new product development
- Responsible for voice architecture consistency and integrity across towers related to technology standards, tooling and delivery processes.
- Keeps abreast of developments in key voice technologies through collaboration with strategic vendors, and CTO, disseminating the information to the wider technical community.
- Maintain relationship with business partners and analysts (Gartner) via CTO and portfolio.
- Maintain relationship with CTO and portfolio providing input and demonstrating lead on voice innovation within NDCS.
- Continuous review for improvement on technical design, automation, tooling.
Requirements:
- Typically educated on university level (e.g. Bachelor or Master)
- Professional qualifications and certifications: Cisco, F5/Jupiter, Avaya and others
- Understanding of enterprise Network architecture
- Expert in enterprise Voice technologies, Datacenter, Networking & Security.
- Good knowledge of enterprise environments with the following: Voice technology roadmaps, Network architecture, technology standards, tooling and delivery processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
