- Monitoring and maintaining customer's network
- Resolving network related incidents (Routing & Switching)
- Effectively utilizing database of existing issues
- Reporting to management current status of ongoing incidents
- Maintaining knowledge database
- Understanding of networking: switching, routing protocols (CCNA R&S equivalent level or above)
- Ability to communicate in English effectively both verbally and in writing; other languages are a plus
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering)
- Previous NOC environment experience
- Cisco certifications
- Passion and demonstrated ability to learn and work in a multicultural team environment
