The primary purpose of the Network Engineer – Network Specialist is to provide technical support such network appliances as access points, switches, routers, load balancers and traffic optimizers. This support is provided to a large number of company customers ensuring that the service meets or exceeds theestablished Service level Agreements and quality standards.
This role is in Network Infrastructure and Communications unit, which is partof the Network, Security and Communication Services unit within Managed Services. The network Infrastructure and Communications unit is comprised of a team of experienced Network Engineers who provide second level support services to a large variety of company customers all over the world.

Technical Competencies

- Abilityto structure and draft technical documentation
