Job Duties:
- Performing diagnosis on incidents
- Implementing standard changes to the environment
- Communicating with internal and external technical counterparts
- Management of system performance, capacity, service quality
Requirements:
Job Requirements:
- Understanding of network concepts
- Ability to diagnose and locate network issues
- Knowledge of networks at CCNA/CCNET certificate level
- Knowledge of LAN/VAN and TCP/IP technologies
- Ability to work well as a team member
- Methodical and disciplined approach to work
- Good communication skills
- Ability to deal with multitask issues
- Fluent English (verbal /written)
- DE and/or FR spoken and written on intermediate level would be a plus
- Readiness to work in shifts (24/7)
- A degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience
