Operator with English/German (NOC) is a part of , Data Center and Communication Services organization (NDCS). Team is a single point of contact for all , security and communication issues for internal and external support teams. NOC is supporting the worldwide infrastructure of more than 300 of Atos’ clients.
Operator is providing daily operational support for our clients’ , security and communication infrastructure.
Employed person will be responsible for:
- Performing diagnosis of incidents
- Implementing standard changes to the environment
- Communicating with internal and external technical counterparts
- Management of system performance, capacity, service quality
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work well as a team member
- Methodical and disciplined approach to work
- Good communication skills
- Ability to deal with multitasking issues
- Understanding of concepts
- Ability to diagnose and locate issues
- GER spoken and written on intermediate level
- EN spoken and written on intermediate level
- Knowledge of networks at CCNA/CCNET certificate level
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN and TCP/IP technologies
- Readiness to work in shifts (24/7)
