Network Service Lead

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading the design and architecture standards
• Setting strategic and technical direction for data, voice and video network hardware and systems 
• Responsible for the documentation quality (processess, procedures, workinstructions, design) 
• Work with internal teams and external service providers to manage the network run
• Researching, analyzing, isolating and resolving errors 
• Managing network vendor relationships 

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Higher education in field of Computer Science
• Knowledge of PMP/PMI or Prince2 
• Knowledge of WAN, network accelerators, LAN and switches, VPN,firewalls, proxy, reverse proxy and anyvoice components including IPT tools (Microsoft Lync, Cisco Webex, Cisco Jabber) 
• Experience with enterprise network, security and voice/video systems, protocols and related services
• Good knowledge of English
• Effective communication skills

NICE TO HAVE

• ITIL foundation, CCNA, CCNP, MCSA or MCSE certificate
