Network Service Lead

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading the design and architecture standards
- Setting strategic and technical direction for data, voice and video network hardware and systems
- Responsible for the documentation quality (processess, procedures, workinstructions, design)
- Work with internal teams and external service providers to manage the network run
- Researching, analyzing, isolating and resolving errors
- Managing network vendor relationships
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Higher education in field of Computer Science
- Knowledge of PMP/PMI or Prince2
- Knowledge of WAN, network accelerators, LAN and switches, VPN,firewalls, proxy, reverse proxy and anyvoice components including IPT tools (Microsoft Lync, Cisco Webex, Cisco Jabber)
- Experience with enterprise network, security and voice/video systems, protocols and related services
- Good knowledge of English
- Effective communication skills

- ITIL foundation, CCNA, CCNP, MCSA or MCSE certificate
