Opportunity for full employee lifecycle administrative support.
HR Administrator
Support GBS HR department across key HR processes in terms of administration and process compliance including first level HR Admin support for the GBS employees.
Accountabilities
• Responsible for full employee lifecycle administrative support:
o Hiring: recruitment support (scheduling and screening), pre-employment admin (letters of intent, new starters documentation gathering, HRIS setup), employment contracts preparation, payroll setup.
o Performance: performance ratings and capture and integration based on currently used templates and systems.
o Development: contracting support; training plan administrative support; training delivery arrangements.
o Payroll and Rewards: benefits and payroll setup and changes administration; rewards review administrative support including contracts addendum preparation.
o Employee exits: employment contracts termination preparation; systems and payroll data changes.
• First line employee support in terms of HR admin elements including leave management and other queries. Develop and maintain employee self-service channels and platforms including intranet.

• GBS employees and managers
• External suppliers in scope including payroll
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience
• Degree and/or ability to demonstrate knowledge of working in the HR environment.
• Good understanding of: HR Policies & Procedures, Labour Law, payroll preparation protocols, HR systems.
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite including Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise & maintain clear focus.
• Knowledge, judgment, resilience and courage to resolve conflicting priorities.
• Ability to operate effectively in an environment with tight deadlines and finite resource and uncertainty.
• Commitment to service excellence and process improvement.
• Fluency in English. Fluency in Spanish would be an advantage.

• On time and right quality delivery of the agreed HR admin services.
