On behalf of our Clients, international and well-known companies located in Tricity, currently we are looking for German Speakers for various positions. The companies provide their services around the world and due to fast market and companies growth German speaking specialists are needed.
Holding the position of Accountant you will be expected to ensure that all accounting processes are fulfilled accurately within agreed deadlines, that all queries are dealt with effectively to keep the satisfaction of the company's stakeholders on the highest level. What is more, holding this position you will be responsible for support in managing and maintaining AP/AR/GL ledgers, preparing month-end and year-end tasks as well as cooperating with auditors and reporting. Moreover, you will be asked to contribute to cross-process performance improvement initiatives and other project as assigned.
Holding the position of Customer Service Representative you will be expected to act as the contact for a customer via different communication channels regarding their order, order confirmation. Your duties will include handling the customer orders in a defined system and in time respecting SLA. Customer Service Representative will be also responsible for entering the data correctly per each order to ensure correct deliveries and correct invoices. Furthermore you will be also accountable for advancing a single order in the end-to-end process, answer customer queries, receive and start the feedback and claims process.
You have to speak fluent English and know German language on at least B2 level. What will also help you to succeed in this position is a possession of amazing communications skills. You should be business oriented and have creative attitude when you’re solving a problem. Also your helpful approach will be seen as a huge asset. Previous experience in a similar role (Customer Service Specialist or Accountant) is another plus for your application.
