Order Manager
Location: Bydgoszcz
Job description
- cooperation with the key clients of Alcatel-Lucent
- assistant/ support corporate units including monitor and maintain customers networks availability, integrity and services
- producing network incident and periodic reports
- lead internal improvement projects
- resolving any issues either with the project engineers or the customer
- delivery of the procedures and work instructions
- tracking and directing the workflow of faults and planned events
- inputting of all data into the management systems
- execute project and propose corrective actions
Requirements
- fluent English (both verbal and written)
- university degree, but also graduate-class students
- proactive leadership and project management skills
- understanding of telecommunication and computer networks is welcome
- organization and communication skills
- ability to perform to a consistently high level under pressure
- ability of virtual teamwork
- good communication and interpersonal skills
