Your next company is an international leading production company. In order to meet business challenges effectively, currently we are looking for the new position located in factory in Silesia: Packaging Manager. 


Your next position will be dedicated to packaging development and acting as the reference point of contact at plant level between Operations, R&D and Quality Departments to facilitate project implementation and drive the performance of projects landing in the area of packaging. The Candidate will be the plant owner for industrial homologation and the leader of duplication projects and/or small industrial productivity initiatives as well as the plant owner for Industrial Trial management. 


What do you need to achieve success? Minimum two years of experience in leading projects in packaging development in production company, higher education (preferred solid technical background) and fluent English are required. Knowledge of 6 Sigma and other project management methodologies are a plus.
