For one of Sweden`s fastest growing manufacturing companies (metal work industry) we are looking for Plant Manager (plant in Przytoczna)
Plant Manager is responsible for all daily operations at the plant as well as the financial results. He or She should optimize all operations by assigning workers, creating and keeping work and production schedules, hiring and training new employees, collecting and looking through data to find places or waste of improvement. It is also his or her responsibilities to oversee that the work with EH&S is following laws, regulations and internal policies.
Plant Manager should have 5 - 10 years of experience in manufacturing company (doors and windows, aluminium, metal work, steel industry is valuable) with knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and Lean Manufacturing. We assume that Plant Manager has had a similar position before. We want Plant Manager to have technical or financial degree at bachelors level. Strong communication skills, ability to set and reach measurable goals and objectives as well as the ability to speak fluent English is a must.
