As a Program Management Office Manager you will be responsible for the proper set up and maintenance of PMO function within the Program and/or Account. Main responsibilities and activities cover the following area:
- Insure Projects are conducted in compliance to project management standards,
- Delivery assurance governance
- Maintains and creates project performance metric data and estimating models.
- Weekly/monthly reports to the customer or program management
- Program scheduling and plan consolidation
- Risk management governance
- Quality Assurance
- Resource management
- Program financial consolidation and governance
- Administration and management of program documentation
- Improve and develop back office processes for the program and customer
- Lead team and build PMO strategy to ensure efficiency and quality of back office process for program and customer
Job Requirements (mandatory)
- Excellent English communications skills - must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing (English - at least C1 level according to internal assessment)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project and presentation skills will be an advantage
- Min. 4 years in supporting or coordinating IT or non IT PMO/projects/programs, or relevant customer service experience
- Ability to communicate at all layers, ability to work over clusters, dynamics
- Attention to details
- Ability to facilitate discussions and reach compromise to establish agreed decisions and actions. Strong problem solving skills
- Being a team player - working together by sharing knowledge, taking a positive role in teambuilding and seeking opportunities for cross-functional working and collaboration
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to adapt communication styles to the team members and contractors
Job Requirements (desired)
- Good understanding of PMO processes
- English as a corporate business standard
- Knowledge of PMI/Prince2/P30/ITIL will be an advantage
- Excellent reporting and documentation skills using a variety of reporting packages
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with the business partners
