Zakres obowiązków:
Przetwarzanie zamówień, wprowadzanie ich do systemu;
Monitorowanie procesu płatności;
Sprawdzanie poprawności danych w systemie;
Identyfikowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów klientów;
Profesjonalna obsługa klientów drogą mailową i telefoniczną w j. niemieckim;
Przygotowywanie miesięcznych podsumowań i raportów.
Wymagania:
Znajomość j. niemieckiego min. B2/C1;
Znajomość j. angielskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym;
Znajomość MS Office (w szczególności Excel);
Mile widziane doświadczeni w obsłudze klienta lub finansach;
Analityczne podejście i chęć dalszej nauki;
Umiejętność pracy w grupie, komunikacji.
