On behalf of our client, well recognized automotive company and trustworthy employer, we are looking for experienced candidate for the position of Process Leader.
Responsibilities:
- Manages team of industrial engineers
- Makes sure that process parameters are defined, controlled and respected
- Cooperates with maintenance and industrial teams to improve reliability of existing and new production equipment
- In charge of improvement of efficiency of existing processes
- Leads production processes optimization workshops
- Ensures respect of Group standards and Process Rules
- Coordinates P0 project activities in terms of industrialization
- Coordinates P-30 Plan in terms of Direct Labor
- Perform`s other tasks based on current needs
Process Leader

- Engineering degree
- Experience on similar position or several years of experience as process / industrial engineer with proven
- Good understanding of mass production processes
- Experience in automotive industry
- Teamwork spirit, result orientation, problem solving, analytical skills, team management
- Fluent English
