Product Controller
Work location: Zabierzów (pow. krakowski)
The role:
You will be part of a team providing responsive support to Business Controlling - Commercial Lending business within UBS Investment Bank.
This role will involve frequent communication with international teams and Managers. You will primarily face off with Product Controllers in Stamford and London.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Profit and Loss reports across various loan trading and origination businesses
- Reconcile trade capture systems feeds to the General Ledger
- Run reports supporting tasks performed by other Product Controllers
- Consolidate reports received from various UBS entities
- Generate ad-hoc reporting as designed and requested by Global Product Control
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or Econometrics
- Very good written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Excel (i.e. comfortable with pivot tables, vlookup)
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
- Strong focus on process improvement
Additional assets:
- 1-3 years previous experience in relevant position
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- work experience with SAP
