For our Client, a part of the international FMCG concern specialized in food production, we are looking for a professional New Products Development Manager, who will act as a member of international team. The best candidate will be the first point of contact within supply chain for the initial stages of NPD projects. He will introduce innovative solutions and best practices to increase value to the company's bottom line.
- Deliver value adding projects on time within budget with no customer service issues.
- Initiate changes / participate at project development stages.
- Take overall responsibility of project delivery at local / international level.
- Provide support to the Initiative Manager to complete portfolio management with designed portfolio sector.
- Actively develop and imbed improved ways of working within supply chain.
- Coordinate proper information flow between different department during project implementation stage.
- Experience and strong knowledge of processes and procedures across commercial and supply chain areas (at least 3 years).
- Strong understanding of business and financial process within an international company environment.
- New Product Development and Process Improvement experience with proven results.
- Ability to understand cross functional interdependencies and potential impacts on a project critical path.
- Ability to operate in a matrix management environment delivering.
- Demonstrated networking, relationship building and influencing skills.
- High levels of energy, stamina and resilience, combined with a can do attitude in order to overcome roadblocks and implement change.
- Strong project management background and capacity to initiate changes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
- Creativity and flexibility.
- Well developed negotiation skills.
- Fluent English is a must ( additional language is a plus).
