Zadania:
Our client is a leader in innovative packaging solution with an extensive customer base that includes many of the world'slargest branded food and pharmaceutical companies. We currently have anopportunity for a Production Manager in the plant located in Dolny Śląsk. TheProduction Manager is responsible for the overall management of the production activities within the facility through the use of continuous improvement techniques consistent with company policies, customer service and plant objectives. In addition, the Production deals with the technical management, supervision and control of industrial production processes. Your scope of responsibilities also includes:
* Planning and organizing production schedule, ensuring of the production continuity
* Developing and coordinating of all manufacturing operations: safety, quality production planning, maintenance, purchasing and warehouse
* Effectively leadingand developing the team
* Establishing andimplementing short- and long-range department goals and operating procedures toassure future growth
* SAPsystem handling
* Preparing of data andmonthly reports
* Identifying rootcause of issues with current operations and implementing corrective actions
REQUIREMENTS:
* At least 3 years of professional experience in successful managing the production department ininternational manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of flexo technology is mandatory
* Knowledge of quality and maintenance assurance in manufacturing process and their stability and efficiency
* Knowledge of BRCsystem will be an asset
* Proven ability to team management
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodology and experience in process improvement initiatives will be a benefit
* Business insight and excellent analytical skills
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Presenting consequent attitude in fulfilling goals, focusing on objectives
* Willingness to learn and focused on self-development
* Open minded
