Project Description:

Early stages of the Client's next Software Platform evolution development for new Fully Networked Vehicle (FNV) Electrical Architecture. Project is focused on creation of the modern Software Defined Vehicle digital infrastructure. Target Software Platform will operate in variety of the environments and is critical to:

Expand the use of industry adopted APIs

Support high velocity application development

Enable next generation vehicle applications

Luxoft will focus on providing core parts for Automotive Middleware around AUTOSAR (Classic and Adaptive) including: networking, configuration, security, diagnostics, etc. Additionally Luxoft will participate in development of components for virtual environment. This virtual environment will provide support of the CI activities including: automated builds, virtual ECUs/Machines and automated testing support.

Project management maturity must reach ASPICE level 3. It requires establishing of the transparent project execution monitoring and control. Each participant will be responsible for providing evidences of systematic and significant achievement of the defined process attributes.

In this position you will be responsible for helping the FNV work streamlining, shaping the vision of the architecture and designs, assist in development and software verification process.

Responsibilities

As a person having the project manager role, you will be overall responsible for the project's execution. The Project Manager's everyday work in the project is performed within a cross-functional Project and System management team, where the Project Manager's key role is to coordinate, prioritize, resolve issues, and empower teams. You will also have overall responsibility for Way of Working applied in the project, including tools and processes. Furthermore, you are also responsible for:

Understands Business goals and transports them into the development teams.

Regular co-ordination with the Customer

Creation / review of User Stories and Acceptance Criteria regarding fulfillment of the "Definition of Ready".

Validation of the implementation of the User Stories against the Acceptance Criteria after the end of the sprint.

Maintenance and prioritization of the backlog in coordination with the product owner of the client

Planning of the sprint or a product increment in cooperation with the development team

Support in the creation and detailing of concepts

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written text.

Negotiation skills - including but not limited to: conflict solving, problem-solving, and decision making.

Leadership skills - including but not limited to mentoring, coaching, and training abilities.

Automotive expertise.

System Development Lifecycle: Wider perspective of complete System Development Lifecycle, including maintenance, service station upgrades, over-the-air upgrades, service subscriptions and aftermarket solutions.

Requirements Management, Test Management, Configuration Management, Release Management.

Standards: ASPICE, ISO26262.

Agile methods, values, and principles.

Concepts such as Software Factory, DevOps, CI-CD, Automation.

Process Improvement.

Organization Change

Scaling agile development into larger organizations.
