Due to growing business in Poland we are opening a new site in Lublin.
Currently we are looking for:
The chosen candidate will provide project management expertise and direction in all phases of new business launch and/or internal project implementations. He/she will serve as the primary interface between multiple organizations in facilitating/leading, recording status and assessing implementation and project performance.
- Lead and facilitate a structured methodology for the successful implementation/launch of new business and other related projects in a phased approach.
- Consult with internal organizations and external clients to define steps, processes and customized implementation project plans supporting the successful launch of new business and significant change processes.
- Assist in defining and monitoring project status related to key project goals (i.e. service level and customer satisfaction metrics, financial progress, recruitment, training, ITS procurement, and facilities management).
- Create and maintain existing project notebook and on-line shared folder, including but not limited to the following deliverables and project plans: weekly meeting status reports, workforce and training schedules, recruitment schedules, misc. emails and project inquiries.
- Develop and maintain all project meeting documentation for internal/external customers and take appropriate action to maintain progress on action items as required.
- Assist as required in the development of procedures, presentations, proposals and project plans for use internally/externally.
- Follow established product/project launch standards consistent amongst all locations.
- Fluent German (at least C1 or native level).
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years related experience.
- Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.
- Knowledge of contact services industry and best practices; contact center experience as an asset
- Knowledge of PC applications.
- Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.
- Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
- Ability to plan, organize, drive and efficiently manage multiple projects and plans through others.
- Ability to travel on occasion to other support centers to assist with project launch and or process and project assessment (expected to be less than 25%).
- PMI certification preferred.
- Located in Germany or Poland or willing to relocate
- Knowledge of and experience with the SixSigma methodology is preferred
- Proven capabilities in dealing with external clients
