Project Manager

• Experience with managing and leading transformation and transition cloud projects. Should have technical insight in public cloud, operational models, operating tools like Service now, Configuration management and infrastructure support models.
• Focused approach in adoption of cloud operations, cloud governance models in both greenfield and brownfield setup
• Design and coordinate implementation of the Cloud Operating Model with focus on Cloud Service Governance and Platform Enablement Services (ITSM, tools, CMDB). Achieve an holistic view across Cirrus Work streams.
• Understanding and highlighting dependencies across work stream and driving workshops, coordination and meetings for effective delivery of Cloud Operating Model. Coordinate with engineering teams where required
• Ensure that plans, risks, issues, actions, costs, schedules, benefits, and other related project artefacts are documented and tracked.
• Responsible for ensuring delivery meets vision objectives by mapping, throughout project delivery, architecture principles.
• Relentless prioritization at multiple layers (Sub-stream leads, SME's, stakeholders etc.) through appropriate governance
• Ensuring adherence to Agile delivery best practice utilizing current methodologies and tooling (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
• Capable to budget forecasting, INV management and forecasting/demand management of program along with clarity maintenance
• Ensure that relevant information is collected, analyzed, discussed and delivered to top management in order for them to be able to take decisions
• Implement agreed regular progress-reporting mechanisms for all projects and thereby monitor the routine progress of projects and assist the program/project manager in the preparation of the program status/project highlight reports.
• Manage or facilitate the quality review process for programs and projects.
• Design and support governance/reporting for programs or projects.
• Provide a coordination/administration service to programs and projects.
• Demonstrates personal commitment to supporting colleagues within the team, to facilitate their integration.

• 3+ years of experience as a hands-on agile project manager and waterfall project management in change execution

• Important to have prior experience in building cloud operating models during cloud transformations in large scale company
• 5+ years' experience for agile project delivery, plus the associated experience of dealing with stakeholders and geographically diverse teams.
• Strong knowledge organizing and leading workshops focused on project delivery and problem solving
• Understanding of E2E technical architecture - Ideally knowledge of operational org structures, operating model and Google cloud and services
