Project Description:
Poland Resource Management organization is looking for Project Manager to coordinate Advanced Hiring and upskilling programs.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibility (50-100% assignment) is coordinating Advanced Hiring and Upskilling programs:
- Recruitment activities (candidates screening, offers)
- Coordinating IM/RM to redeploy new/future employees to projects
- Line management of employees until their transfer to projects
As secondary activity (0-50%) You may assist new accounts/programs with Resource Management activities before they will grow big enough to be transferred to dedicated local manager. This jobs will involve:
- Local staffing support to remote delivery manager
- Line management of local team members
Skills
Understanding internal/external recruitment processes from Hiring Manager perspective,
Experience in assessing candidates Soft Skills,
Understanding HR processes around employee development and retention,
Experience in People Management.
