Your new role
The Project Manager will provide leadership for manufacturing engineers globally in order to ensure performance of supplier management and production projects. You will be the interface between Sourcing, Quality, Manufacturing & Vendors. And Customers & Vendors as well.
You will be in charge with implementing the program execution processes to insure rapid, agile and successful execution and you will manage schedule and technical performance requirements of the program and its teams through all phases.
What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for someone with +10 years experience, with strong Project Management skills, methods and techniques. Shop floor work experience preferably as Supplier Quality Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer, with the ability to optimize the processes and experience in people management .
Strong understanding of different manufacturing processes, Casting, Sheet Metal, Machining, Alloyed components is highly appreciated. The position is based in Bucharest-Romania, but you will need to travel up to 70% of the time.
