Quality Director

Resposibilities:

• creating and maintaining all quality aspects which will affect all levels of the organization,
• analyzing the data resulting from internal and external audits and from statistical process controls, in order to set improvement plans,
• performing audits requested by customers,
• planning, coordinating and reporting of all the improvement projects,
• managing the relationship with the major suppliers and customers and negotiating customer quality agreements,
• analyzing the state of the quality achieved and reporting on a regular basis to the Managing Director,
• managing and developing people within the Quality Department,
• effectively interacting with other Department Managers/Director

Requirements:

• minimum 5 years of work experience in a relevant role in a production plant,
• technical eduaction,
• very good command of English,
• a broad knowledge of quality tool, systems and lean methodes
• good interpersonal skills
• ability to work with a high level of independence
• ability to coach and mentor team members
• strong commitment and motivation to achieve results
• good organizational skills
• strong sense of responsibility and ability to work on own initiative
