Rekrutacja pracowników z zagranicy
Koordynowanie spraw związanych z przyjazdem, zatrudnieniem i zakwaterowaniem pracowników z zagranicy
Administrowanie dokumentacją personalną
Sporządzanie raportów wewnętrznych
Poszukiwanie i pozyskiwanie nieruchomości do zakwaterowania pracowników
Odpowiedzialność za budowanie trwałych relacji z pracownikami oraz partnerami biznesowymi
Wymagania:
Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku
Znajomość języka rosyjskiego lub ukraińskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym
Znajomość pakietu MS Office
Czynne prawo jazdy kat. B
Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
Wysoki poziom umiejętności interpersonalnych
