Release Coordinator Engineer

We're a young passionate team of testers, managers, project managers, technical leaders and technical experts constantly looking for ways to increase quality of our Nokia LTE products.

Our team is working on several projects around Nokia LTE project and is responsible for releasing LTE end to end solutions to our customers around the world, assuring at the same time that the software delivery is having proper quality level and meets customer’s expectations. Apart from test activities we are also responsible for Release Management process of R&D software for pilots, acceptance tests, up to the moment of general availability to the market. We are looking for new team members who will help us to manage creation of Customer Release Documentation and delivery of Software for LTE Radio products by using our processes, tools and interfaces, at the same time improving the process as such. As an Engineer, Release Coordinator, you will have a key in the system program of the LTE Radio products. You'd be responsible the System Program Software Releases in regards to: creation of release documentation and software publishing as well as assuring correct content and quality of package that it could be approved for customer deliveries.

You will be given a chance to closely cooperate with stakeholders from different organizations inside LTE department, like Verification, R&D, Technical Support, Product and Program Management. You will be responsible for collecting needed information for release documentation and requests updates needed e.g. for the List of Generic fault (LGF) and Release Upgrade Instructions Document from those stakeholders. You will manage review and update process of the release documentation. Thanks to continuous improvement projects you will never be bored with daily work. Dynamic and challenging tasks will allow you to build a connection with various teams. On the way you will understand our way of work and processes learn about the tools used in R&D and Technical Support Software Maintenance.
