RTR Billing Exception Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Respond to exception reports
- Ensure billing exception process memos arereviewed and conducts necessary follow up
- Control automatic billing processes and resolverelated issues
- Take corrective action on deferred accounts
- Perform correction of accounts
- Create individual billing documents
- Ensure correct billings are issued to customers
- Monitor appropriate work lists and drive regularreview by appropriate users
- Explain adjustments聽 and supports customer service team
- Monitor overall billing process with occasionaltroubleshooting
Required:
- Bachelor or Master degree, preferred聽 in finance or accounting area
- Very good English, both written and verbal - is amust
- Solid working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word
- Previous experience with SAP or other ERP system- will be an asset
- Knowledge of various back office customeraccounting processes
- Experience in billing process is stronglypreferred
- Knowledge of commission rules and regulationsregarding billing practices
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Good verbal and communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks
- Knowledge of professional customer servicepractice
