Sales Consultant and Customer Service Specialist with Lithuanian language

Location: Warsaw or remotely

What you’ll be doing:

• Daily telephone contact with customers;
• Active sales and orders fulfillment;
• Taking care of customer relations;
• Performing an advisory function in terms of adjusting products to individual needs;
• Pursuing individual goals.

What do you need:

• Sales skills (experience in the area related to customer service and / or sales will be an asset);
• Fluency in the Lithuanian language  and communicative knowledge of Polish / English;
• Highly developed interpersonal skills;
• Ability to solve problems independently;
• Goal and results orientation;
• Professionalism and responsibility for the assigned tasks;
• Willingness to have an influence on the amount of your salary.
