For international manufacturing company we are currently seeking Czech speakers for the position of Sales Manager.
Main duties:

- Create and implement of local sales strategy.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with strategic customers.
- Responsibility for sales goals achievement.
- Direct and manage the account managers and team leaders in order to maximize individual and team performance.
- Continuously observe critical trends and evolutions and in a timely manner translate and communicate to the relevant functions in the organization.
Requirements:
- min. 5 years of experience on similar position gained in international company from FMCG sector.
- fluent Czech and English skills.
- willingness to relocate to Czech Republic.
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- University degree.
