Your new company
On behalf of our Client, a global SSC established in Cluj-Napoca, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Network Infrastructure Technology Specialist.
Your new role
Support to run and improve CRM business processes in the area of Sales and Marketing, including 2nd level support for the CRM Salesforce solution (business and IT) as well as interfaces to other systems like SAP, QlikView, Active Directory, and manual uploads.
You will be managing and initiating IT work to make this happen or partly doing himself (if easily done) or coordinating with various business managers, experts and IT experts around the world including external IT service providers.
Among your responsibilities,you will be monitoring the use of applications and making improvement suggestions (Salesforce and integrated applications), identifying the required measures to maintain and improve the required service levels for these applications, the maintenance of user accounts, group accounts and their authorisations in the Salesforce Application system. Management of tickets and possible resolution (Incidents, Service Requests and Problems for Sales & Marketing) will be in your charge as well as managing and preparing process and applications changes including executing of Change Tickets. you will support of all aspects in the Salesforce area towards business and IT including usage and training
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a similar role and studies in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, as well as strong English language are a must for this position.
