Responsibilities:
- Design and develop top-class custom solutions within the Salesforce platform
- User administration. The main point of contact for daily user reports. Help design and manager reports
- Creation and management of administrative processes, including workflow, validation rule, approval process. Cooperation with external Salesforce.com implementation managers
- Collaboration with management to identify new and creative opportunities for using the system to support additional business processes
- Monitor and manage exception logs for back-end system integration with SFDC
- Create and administer training to existing or new users/groups
Experience with:
- Experience in integration components for Salesforce (Salesforce APIs, Web Services, SFDC Data Loader and ETL Tools )
- Experience in integration architecture, data modelling, data migration and 3rd Party integration tools with Salesforce
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) issues
- Experience in using Salesforce.com as a sales analysis tool
- Experience in reengineering upgrading the existing Salesforce.com
- Full Sales & Service Cloud knowledge
- Knowledge of Heroku/AWS
- Fluent in English
