Salesforce Specialist

We expect You to have:

• Preferably Bachelor of Technology Graduates: Information technical,
• Preferably over 1-3 years of experience in salesforce system,
• Excellent analytical skills and problem solving approach,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills,
• Proactive behavior in order to handle problems& requirements,
• Ability to translate business requirement into a technical solution,
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities:

• Daily IT technical support of Salesforce.com system, including: incident troubleshooting, authorization,
• Based on various requirements from business, analysis new features, interface, and configuration of
  existing functionalities,
• Communicate and cooperate with TPV headquarter IT development team (China) for Salesforce system
  requirement implementation,
• Support or lead salesforce’s relative projects implementation in Europe.
