Your new company
Our client is a leading Financial Institution with offices worldwide. This company is going through a significant period of growth and as a result have an opening for a Collateral Team Leader to join their Securities Lending Team in the groups Limerick office.
Your new role
As Securities Lending Collateral Team Leader you will focus on the day to day operations of your team ensuring adequate collateral levels are maintained on a daily basis in accordance with relevant client agreements and internal guidelines. You will monitor work flow distributions and ensure team resources are effectively utilised.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in banking/custody operations with ideally at least 1 year at supervisory level. A knowledge of international settlements and/or securities lending would be to your advantage. You will be a self starter with an ability to set priorities and manage deadlines efficiently.
