The Security Technical Support will be responsible for:
- maintain a high level of technical support of the cloud services including anti-virus, anti-spam, encryption
- diagnosing and addressing technical problems
- maintain a professional manner throughout oral and written communication with clients
- working closely with other IT departments and offices, collaborating in projects
Requirements:
- Experience in resolving IT problems, iddealy working with international customers
- Experience with Microsoft windows operating systems
- Knowledge of HTTP, SMTP, TCP/IP, Mail server, Proxy server technologies, Active Directory, Exchange, Firewall
- Advanced skills in ENGLISH language
- Being a communicative person with a “team spirit” attitude
