Senior Analyst Engineering Generalist

Wymagania:
- Master degree in engineering discipline
- at least 2 years of experience in engineering and project management
- experience preferably in the CPG, Food/Beverage, Automotive or Pharmaceutical Industries
- knowledge of PLC programming would be an advantage
- very good spoken and written English
- driving license
- strong communication, influencing and problem solving skills
- ability to adapt and work with diverse cultures
- visionary leadership
- internally, works in ENG team with the Plant Engineering Manager as well as global & regional SHE, QA, RD&E and other cross functional groups to ensure technical alignment
- directs engineering project activities which include major capital projects, equipment upgrades, facilities expansion purchases and installations. Projects include new product development, product restages, DTV, Cost Savings
- determines and maintains project schedule
- controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions
- controls project costs
- drives the development and implementation of Engineering Best Practices throughout the plant; cooperation with region experts
- participates in the development of engineering staff to raise the level of engineering competence in key processes
- is an expert in the use of EM tools
- work in an international environment
