Your new company
This globally recognised company located in Kraków is a fast growing organisation with stable employment conditions. Its Accounts Payable team is expanding and they have a job vacancy for a new Senior Specialist.

Your new role
As a Senior Accountant you will ensure purchase order process is being followed throughout the organisation. You will perform recurring and ad hoc AP accounts reconciliations as well as analyse the accounts and prepare monthly accruals/ adjustments journal vouchers. You will also answer vendor queries, ensure its resolution and escalate to TL or Manager as deemed appropriate. One of your responsibilities will also be controlling AP transactions processing status. You’ll also act as Team Leader deputy when necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
Your experience in accounting or finance (preferably within AP / P2P) will lead to your success. You speak good English (min. B2), so you’re able to communicate easily in an international environment. You’re proficient in Excel. You have the maturity and ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality of work and effective working relationships with both internal and external business partners and stakeholders.
