- Designs small to medium size solutions or partial solutions within an established architecture.
- Schedules and monitors own work, escalating problems and queries to higher levels to ensure project timescales are met.
- Contributes towards and may produce project plans for small to medium size solutions or partial solutions
- Provides input to estimates for a proposal or bid.
- For routine and non-routine problems and requirements, produces high quality solutions and documentation through the use of a structured approach.
- Has identified and implemented their individual ideas to exceed customer expectation.
- Fluently presents technical information to technical and non-technical audiences both orally and in writing.
- Communicates issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications
- Is familiar with creating workflows, ideally using Cortex XSOAR platform
- Speaks English communicatively
- Has ability to write and work with existing scripts in Python, JavaScript or Powershell
- Worked in projects run using Agile methodology (daily, sprint review, retrospective)
- Is familiar with Azure Devops or similar solution to track work on the project
- Takes initiative to improve the final product – when sees a possible improvement discusses it with the team
- Can work with technical documentation
- Works well with other team members
- Pays much attention to details and error handling when developing solution
- Has basic knowledge of the ticketing systems like TFS Now or Logrhythm or is willing to learn about them
