Project Description:
You will be a part of digital transformation teams who drives innovation to design, build, maintain and run the delivery of an exceptional and sustainable service to UHNW, High Net Worth and Affluent clients of an international bank.
Responsibilities
- Elicit requirements for communication channels (Asynchronous messaging (aka secure messaging), 360 View, Video call, Campaigns)
- Lead requirements implementation
- Cooperate with multi-location management teams
- Engage into security improvements
- Split work across involved parties (Business stakeholders, UX/UI, development teams)
- Build and maintain product documentation
- Support testing and troubleshooting
Skills
- Have at least a Bachelors' degree in computer science or financial field
- Have at least 5 years of professional experience in IT
- Previous experience as BA in onboarding and/or establishing communication channels
- Experience with business risk & compliance
- Process modeling
- Strong communication skills with mid/senior management
- Have practical knowledge with Software Development and excellent troubleshooting skills, preferably in large environments
- Possess a proactive approach and can-do attitude
- Practical working experience in Agile environment
