Your new company
This is a very large MNC Manufacturing Organization within the Steel manufacturing industry with extensive market share across the globe. It's location will be based in Melaka, and offering an extensive and international management training program for this position. With continuous growth envisioned for the company, an experienced maintenance engineer is needed to join the program to be the future of this company.

Your new role
You will be ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance and repair activities are in line with targets and manufacturing requirements. Plan, recognize, schedule and manage maintenance activities to rectify break-downs. Ensuring equipment upgrade process is completed. Directly responsible for installation and start up of new equipment in the operation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have 4-5 years of experiences and you will be expected to possess a global mindset and willing to take up challenges. Strong communication skills and the ability to visualize for future development and improvement is essential for this program.
