- detective work: identify & investigate repeated issues
- basic administration & troubleshooting of operating systems, custom applications, and tools
- design and implement network and security systems
- 4- 5 years of experience in Cisco and Juniper network solutions;
- experience with firewalls;
- experience in load balancing and WAN optimization solutions;
- knowledge in network appliances: access points, switches, routers, load balancers, traffic optimizers, hardware technologies, operation systems;
- certifications or equivalent knowledge (one or more) : CCIE/CCNA/CCNP/JNCIA/JNCIP;
- English on a B2 level
