As a Senior Security Technical Support Engineer, you will have a key role as the interface between Security Product development and customers. You will be part of new product introduction ensuring that products are ready for live network deployment. You will participate in customer pilots and early trials. Your tasks will include troubleshooting, problem solving, diagnosis and preventative activities – which require remote and on-site support.
Our team is looking for a talented technical support engineer for customer support activities, having good knowledge of the telecom domain. Expected is experience with next generation radio and core networks, their management, and security. You will be joining other extremely-passionate engineers that share a common interest in securing telecom networks against cyberattacks.
- good knowledge of Telco and IT security, IP routing and firewalls, Public Key Infrastructure support
- know how to use UNIX or Linux as well as virtualization
- open-mindedness and ability to think outside the box, pro-activeness
- fluent both in written and spoken English
- willingness to travel
