Senior Tendering Manager

Our client is a well-known international company that provides solutions for the energy sector. We are looking for ambitious Candidate ready to relocate to Poland.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing on-time, accurate and complete tenders, according to the Customer requirements. You will ensure compliance with the Quality and EHS rules and initiatives from the business, sector and corporate within his area of responsibility. Important activity is participation and/or leading Internal Risk Reviews, covering all technical, scope, cost and risk aspects, as well as checking of terms & conditions and commercial costs. You will be collecting the market information, technical requirements and evaluation criteria to enable the offer team and the supporting functions prepare market oriented tenders.

What you'll need to succeed
You have to possess at least 10 years of experience in energy sectors, with relevant experience in Tendering and Engineering. Ideal Candidate has experience in management of team in international companies. You need to possess solid understanding of public procurement law and bids in Poland. Important requirement is having master’s degree in an Engineering discipline. You should have ability to motivate the team and experience in carrying out periodic evaluations of employees and ability to take quick and safe decisions without availability of all parameters. Perfect Candidate has knowledge of the Power Plant main components, systems, including air cleaning solutions. You should speak fluent English and Polish.
