Service Analyst

Job description

• support project delivery team members in granting access to applications/systems required per role within project

• maintain database describing applications/system access statuses per End-user

• support project End-users in case of system incidents so they can be sorted out efficiently

• analyze occurred incidents (related to systems) to find out their root causes (RCA reports); prepare improvement plans and control their implementation

• coordinate technical environment requests related with connection to Customer networks

• manage the environment to implement process and procedural changes within operational environment

• maintain BC/DR plans for supported projects (provide required training sessions, organize tests and exercises, manage the required communication to related organizations)

• organize required training sessions (role/function related, system related)

• provision operational reports

Requirements

• fluent English (written and spoken)

• the ideal candidate would be ITIL qualified

• experienced in working in service desk organizations

• excellent documentation and management skills

• excellent communication skills verbal & written

• science degree or equivalent (desirable)

• advanced MS Office (Word, Excel)
