Project Description:
The successful candidate will work within Analytics practice and be mainly responsible for ongoing operation of delivered solutions. The role focuses on leading Delivery team and cooperating with Account Delivery Executive to support account growth. This role will require frequent contacts with Account Management and Project Team as well as client exposure.
Responsibilities
Service Delivery Manager responsibilities:
- Assure that operations of supported service is delivered in accordance with the contractual requirements
- Prioritize work to ensure that issues with the greatest business impact to the customer are resolved first
- Monitor and reports Service Level adherence on an on-going basis
- Take responsibility for the integrity of the services and therefore any changes to the components of the service
- Represent DXC Application Management organization in giving recommendation for Go/No-Go decisions of final stages of the projects/major changes
- Own AMS team processes, procedures and related tools, in alignment with account's Service Delivery model, process monitoring to prevent recurrent failures
- Prepare Service Delivery reporting
- Charter, initiate and coordinate delivery of Service Improvement Plans & is accountable for deploying in AMS Team actions resulting from these initiatives
- Support upsell opportunities by providing Application Management input for deal proposal development
Skills
- University degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.),
- At least five years of working experience in a role with client exposure
- Experience in remote work - including cooperation with nearshore and offshore support teams
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Fast learning
