Service Delivery Manager

Your role:
The successful candidate would be the representative of Outbox on site at the customer’s premises in the UK. The majority of the team will be based in Poland therefore a large part of the role is to be the link between the customer and the offsite team. The main task would be to ensure smooth delivery of the projects and maintaining relationship with customers acting as Account Manager.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of IT project management experience (non ERP)
- Demonstrable experience in delivering high quality services to clients
- Good understanding of IT services' market and sales process
- Experience in dealing with Senior IT Stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and willing to develop in a complex/ difficult environment
- Very good written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel abroad for long periods
