Service Designer

There are some interesting challenges in which you can develop in this position:

• Proactively looking for opportunities to drive design changes inside and outside the company (going outside the company and attracting customers with various actions - workshops, conferences, content, etc.).
• Sharing trends: emerging designs, technology, industry, regulatory and market ones with the team or community.
• Defining the best practices and methods to approach problems and set solution hypothesis.

• Match and challange business and users’ needs with the most optimal experience design solution.
• Planning, conducting, and leading client co-design sessions, design sprints, design workshops, and project meetings.
• Participating in sales activities, including proposal development.

• Defining or advising teammates on a UX approach for the project, products and services.
• Planning discovery phase and conducting workshops with clients, user research, analysing findings and running usability tests.
• Designing different types of solutions (b2c and b2b applications, enterprise).
• Creating wireframes, mock-ups and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Being a mentor and coach for colleagues.
• Estimating UX project efforts and managing the workload.

• You are the person with an inquiring mind and curiosity to ask why and dig deeper to understand the root causes of ambiguous customer problems.
• You have great communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to effectively work with senior stakeholders and facilitate difficult discussions with the team.
• You have experience in facilitating on-site and remote design/discovery workshops.
• You speak English fluently (C1+) and you have the ability to cooperate with foreign and external clients.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in Service Design or UX.
• You can deliver UX designs to product and technical teams that is consistent with approach, industry leading and easy to understand.
• You have an array of design skills, which might include visual, conversational, information architecture, prototyping, strategic design methods and user research.
• You have experience in facilitating on-site and remote design/discovery workshops.
• You have experience in working in multiple projects simultaneously.

• You will take part in the process of making strategic decisions related to the implementation and development of products (we conduct a lot of workshops).
• You can be a part of our team, what consists of 14 experienced designers (UX Designers, UI Designers, Illustrators and Animators).
• We design solutions supporting the work of users from many different industries, e.g. retail, finance, aviation, real estate.
• It’s up to us (to a large extent) what the UX will become for the client - an artifact in the form of a mock-up or an approach to the ’user first’ project.
