The aim of the role:

Service Manager - Applications Global Team

The role of Application Hosting Services (AHS) Service Manager has a responsibility to ensure that services are delivered in line with Service Description and target Service Levels are achieved. However, it is new role dedicated to deliver service to a new client, which is an international telco company.

You would be responsible for:
  • Delivering a high quality service
  • Process and performance improvement
  • Service improvement and optimization
  • Incident & Problem Management (escalation and decision making role as a part of defined process)
  • Operational Change Planning (be a part of Change Advisory Board
  • Service organization and meeting KPI and SLA goals
  • Providing financial estimates and active managing of risk and issues
Requirements:
  • Experienced in Service Management and in Project Management
  • Experienced in Service Delivery of business critical operations
  • Strong business acumen with a good understanding of the needs of a customer-driven technology function
  • Good understanding of IT specifics
  • Very good knowledge of ITIL
  • English spoken/written at least at B2 level
  • Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with external and internal customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel abroad
  • Ability to work with high standards on behalf of Atos and its customer
