What do you need to start?
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Excellence skill with Excel
- Experience working with ITSM (Remedy) ITBM (GRS2) ServiceNow and Tableau preferably
- Experience working in a reporting role
- Excellence written and communication skills
- Maintain process and procedure documentation
- Measure to manage - Prepare monthly reporting to show results and focus areas of Operations
What duties will help you grow?
- Manage Service Level Collection and Reporting, supported by SI Reporting team
- Perform Service Level Validation, manage Service Level Exceptions,
- Conduct Compliance Review Meetings,
- Facilitate Service Level Improvement Plans,
- Track Service Credits and Earnback, facilitate Service Level Changes
