Software Developer (C#/ .NET) for data products

For our client a leading international company in the area of financial transactions, we are looking for:

Software Developer (C#/ .NET) for data products
Location: Vienna, Austria

Within this role you would be responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of interfaces in order to communicate across different databases. Design and development of desktop and service applications, as well as test and support of the applications. You would be working in an agile team together with enterprise architects, development leads and product managers within the data department. The role also includes cooperation with team members to determine appropriate functionalities and implementation, research and evaluation of software – related technologies and products.

The perfect Candidate should have in – depth software development experience with C#/ .NET (backend) and very good data – related background knowledge (beyond the basic knowledge of a software developer). You should possess MS SQL Server skills (or similar), especially in performance – related areas, knowledge in Angular JS and/or Bootstrap, as well as MicroStrategy is an asset. Successful candidate should have experience with agile software development methodologies (especially SCRUM), designing APIs (SOAP/REST) and implementing services based on it. Very good command of English is a must. Knowledge of additional language and experience in retail/financial industry would be considered as an asset.
